• ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization

• IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

• RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

YOUR MISSIONS:

As Project Manager for our Change Management and Leadership Development Projects , you will be responsible of following:

• Run: Ensuring the smooth running of our consulting projects, follow up and monitoring, ensuring high quality delivery excellence and strong sustainable client working relationship building.
• Coordination: Coordinating of consultants, managing the development of the workflows, coordinate the consultants, driving and following up project out comes, meetings and reporting
• Co-design: Designing, preparing, organizing and following up  virtual workshops and major events to support the desired business outcomes, attending client meetings
•  Implement: Mapping up initial project ideas and drafts into PowerPoint and Excel for our customers

YOUR PROFILE :

• Relevant business experience in project management
• Structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and personal and organization skills.
• Excellent business communications and presentations skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Administration, Management, Economy, Psychology or in a relevant field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Data analytics & data management skills will be an asset.
• Fluency in English & German (written and spoken)
