YOUR MISSIONS

 

As Project Manager Officer to oversee key aspects of participant management, data handling, billing, reporting, and resource planning for our organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, internal and external business communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Participant & Data Management

  • Utilize systems and databases to manage and organize participant data efficiently.
  • Manage the entire participant registration process for events, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Communicate with participants and project leads to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Billing & Reporting

  • Oversee and execute monthly billing processes for our leadership programs.
  • Prepare and create evaluation and billing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support with managing and optimizing billing processes and systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with accounting and our project teams to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues.

Resource Planning

  • Manage and monitor capacities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Regularly coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Completed education or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and business communication skills: structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in participant management, billing, reporting, or resource planning is beneficial.
  • Fluency in German & English
