HR-Path’s Advisory consulting business is growing, and we are looking for a new leader to drive this growth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Advisory projects (i.e., diagnostic and strategic consulting, process analysis, change plans etc.) as well as potentially managing business system implementations. You will lead HR-Path project teams ranging from functional, technical and strategy consultants and work with an extended support network, while always striving for superior value realization for our clients.


  • Manage projects and coordinate the work of the project team, the workload and the budget, in accordance with our client commitments
  • Deploy and lead innovative, digital and impactful change management, training and communication programs
  • Support users and other stakeholders in the adoption of new solutions
  • Participate in the realization of various missions, within the framework of major projects: employee/ambassador engagement, e-learning programs, implementation of digital adoption platforms, evolution of collaborative modes, support to business lines and projects...
  • Contribute to the business development of the activity (writing and following up)
  • Monitor HR best practices, new HRIS tools / digital training / digital adoption platforms
  • Depending on the project, manage internal team members whilst engaging with the client’s project team OR manage the project on behalf of the client, whilst engaging with the System Implementer team




  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the HR/HRIS consulting field

  • Solid experience of at least 3 years in project management and associated follow-up (budget/charges), and the management of multi-disciplinary teams

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Curious and passionate about new HR/HRIS trends and practices, you are proactive in learning about new technologies and HR innovations

  • You are comfortable with HRIS tools (SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM ...), the Office Pack, and collaborative tools

  • Previous experience working on HR related projects

  • Project Management Professional certification is an asset

  • Excellent level of German & English language skills
