As an HRIS Consultant, your role will be to assist various customers with the implementation of solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to each phase of the project for implementing new HR modules and optimizing existing modules. 



  • Gather the customer's initial needs and suggest an appropriate response executing the implementation of the road map.
  • Benchmarking & providing analysis of new HR trends, strategies and Digital Innovations
  • Documentation, optimization, digitization, and implementation of existing and new      HR processes.
  • Define project scope(s) and identify and resolve issues by implementing HR solutions.
  • Drive the implementation across business entities, assist to design, coordination and testing workshops with different stakeholders.
  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends and assist with decision making,
  • You provide guidance and support the training for end users and stakeholders. You maintain the existing training material and assist in the development of new material.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in HRIS implementations.
  • German & English proficiency both written and verbal, French will be an asset.
  • Knowledge on HR IT systems, ideally in the area of personal cost planning or payroll.
  • Experience in project management and application maintenance for organization, ideally with regional or international scope.
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
