• RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

YOUR MISSIONS

Working closely with client business teams, you as a Functional  HRIS Workday Consultant will deliver Workday solutions and support that are fit for purpose. Functional Workday Consultant you will, next to implementation also support our clients in providing requested solutions and improving their Workday system.

You will participate in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation from offer to production support: 

• Participate in Workday HCM implementation projects,
• Carry out technical analyses based on functional analyses,
• Parameterize Workday HCM according to customer needs,
• Carry out unit tests and participate in integration / validation tests,
• Carry out a reporting to the managers,
• Guarantee a corrective and evolutionary maintenance after the implementation,
• Provide support and training to users,
• Work in Agile mode with a close relationship with the customers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

• You have excellent  French & English  language skills.

• You have demonstrated effective HRIS/ HR or IT project experience

• Being Workday certified in one or more additional Workday HCM modules (e.g. recruitment, talent & performance, compensation…) is a plus.

• You enjoy being client facing as from day one.

• You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work with high flexibility and independently.
