YOUR MISSIONS

Launch your career as a Junior Workday HCM Consultant within our dynamic, global team. Embrace hands-on support, expert training, and the opportunity to become a sought-after Workday specialist.

As a Junior Workday HCM Consultant, you will:

•  Provide comprehensive support to administrators and users, ensuring a seamless Workday experience.
•  Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing client operations.
• Analyze and implement change requests, tailoring Workday to meet specific organizational needs.
•  Generate insightful reports and monitor service commitments, ensuring project success.
•  Support the project team and share your knowledge through updated training materials.

The position is available in Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have 1+ years of demonstrated effective HRIS Projets experience, knowledge of Workday is an asset
• A keen desire to learn and contribute to a growing practice
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

• We are looking for consultants with language skills in Dutch & English OR French & English OR all of those three combined

• You enjoy being client facing as from day one.
• You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds.
