REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE:

• Accountable to manage the delivery of the project using established HRM project

management methodologies to ensure it is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner,

including organizational impacts and change.

• Participate as a member of the ERP delivery Management and Operations team providing

accurate and timely status reporting.

• Accountable for all project management deliverables.

• Monitors and controls project timeline, budgets, and deliverables

• Responsible for managing and regular reporting of project budget.

• Responsible to build and maintain detailed project plan and ensure project is meeting

agreed upon deliverables and timelines.

• Resolves client issues and manages client expectations regarding the project.

• Accountable to manage the delivery of the selected technical solution implementation

vendor.

• Identifies project risks in a timely manner and develops appropriate mitigation strategies

(Including contingency planning).

• Responsible for leading and managing the HRM project team.

• Accountable to lead and direct day to day activities of project team.

• Responsible for ensuring effectiveness of Business Change Management activities.

• Works with the Project Steering Committee and Business Units in the development of new

processes and policies relative to benefits realization, customer service, information

management.

• Demonstrated knowledge managing SAP project. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

implementation preferred.

• Previous experience working with Public Sector. Past project experience with Canadian

municipality considered an asset.
