YOUR MISSIONS
As an Office Manager, you will be part of the HR Path Group Office Management team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our 7 offices in the Americas Region (Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil). Your responsibilities will include:
Office Management
• Manage leases, relocations, and office fit-out projects
• Lead works projects (renovations, reconfigurations…)
• Monitor and manage all office-related contracts (vendors, services, etc.)
Maintenance & Technical Services
• Oversight and coordination of site maintenance: HVAC, Plumbing, Electricity
• General technical services
• Managing relationships with service providers and coordinating interventions
Site Security
• Monitoring electrical compliance
• Implementation and inspection of fire safety systems
Everyday Purchases
• Furniture management
• Supply procurement
• Organization of services: Coffee, Catering…
Business travel
• Administer and monitor the travel management tool
• Support employees and partners on travel-related topics
Corporate life
• Organize internal events
• Manage onboarding (badges, welcome packs)
• Ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of office environments and workplace experience
YOUR PROFILE
• You are fluent in English. French and/or Spanish would be a strong plus.
• You demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• You are proactive, dynamic, and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Your responsiveness and problem-solving mindset allow you to handle daily challenges efficiently
• You have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage office operations independently
