Position Overview:

Business Analyst Payroll Support Specialist, will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of payroll operations by providing expert-level support for SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Your responsibilities will involve:

• Provide end-to-end support for payroll processes using SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Perform regular audits, reconciliations, and data validation to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities
• Handle integration with other payroll provider.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP.
• Experience with Canada and US payroll
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Our clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs.

Aperçu du poste :

En tant que Spécialiste en soutien à la paie – Analyste d’affaires, tu joueras un rôle clé pour garantir l’exactitude, l’intégrité et l’efficacité des opérations de paie, en apportant ton expertise sur SAP HCM Payroll et SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Tes responsabilités :

• Offrir un soutien de bout en bout aux processus de paie avec SAP HCM Payroll et/ou SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Réaliser des audits réguliers, des rapprochements et des validations de données pour assurer l’exactitude des paies.
• Participer aux activités de fin d’année liées à la paie.
• Gérer l’intégration avec d’autres fournisseurs de paie.

Ce que tu apportes :

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience pratique avec SAP HCM Payroll et/ou SuccessFactors ECP.
• Expérience en paie pour le Canada et les États-Unis.
• Bonne compréhension des exigences légales en matière de conformité, de fiscalité et de rapports obligatoires.
• Nos clients sont situés au Québec et à l’extérieur du Québec, donc tu pourras être amené.e à parfois travailler en français et en anglais pour répondre à leurs besoins.
