YOUR MISSIONS
As Sales Developer, your mission will be to develop a sales and account management plan jointly with our Partners and to develop a large
portfolio of accounts and projects.
Your main responsibilities are :
- Responsible for the whole sales funnel, including leads processing, prospecting, planning meetings and closing
- Performing actions to acquire new customers
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
- Participation in promotive activities as events and exhibitions
- Record all daily activities performed in the CRM to generate history
- Presentation of our digital solutions to customers (virtual and personal)
- Work with management team to drive the business development for our consulting services and digital p solutions in the human
- resources area
YOUR PROFILE
- Educational background in Economics and Social Sciences, Digital Management, Psychology or Business Psychology
- A self-starter, who understands how to build and manage his/her own pipeline of opportunities
- Excellent communication in English, with a strong confident personality
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record in Sales, Account Management and Business Development
- Adaptability to current trends and needs
- Excellent communication skills
- A “can do” attitude, solution oriented and autonomous
- Ability to apply strategies for new customer acquisition with great persuasive power
- Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and ability to work independently
- A team player who makes connections with both internal partners and external contacts
