WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOMPLISHING?

We are currently looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with passion for technology and HR to help our clients unlock the potential of their employees and build world class HR processes and practices through the deployment of SuccessFactors software.

 

You will bring your proven SuccessFactors experience to actively support projects and guide clients through requirements gathering and contribute to business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management, quality assurance, risk management and user enablement. Though collaboration and effective project delivery you will ensure clients extract the full value from the SuccessFactors solution.

 

This is a rapidly changing environment, so we are looking for a team that want to embrace the evolution of HR as we develop dynamic technology to support Business and HR best practices. 

 

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILIES:

  • Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and enhance integration solutions for SAP/SuccessFactors
  • Passionate and self-motivated to learn and keen to constantly improve and develop skills to stay current with and investigate technology trends
  • Participate in discussions with customers to accurately document business processes and requirements
  • Participate in completing project deliverables on time and as per expected quality standards
  • Perform unit testing, participate in integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
  • Document technical specifications and test results

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • At least a university degree in IT preferably
  • Must have minimum of 1 - 2 years certified in experience in SuccessFactors integration
  • Experienced in designing and building integrations with SuccessFactors required
  • Familiar with SuccessFactors API (SFAPI/OData), SFTP, SOAP, REST, HTTP, JDBC, IDOC
  • Experience in SAP Integration Center / Intelligent Service / ABAP is a plus
  • Experienced in designing and building integrations for HR processes and systems
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese language 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and challenge business practices 
  • You have a forward-thinking and agile mindset.
