O ticket manager será responsável por:

Receber, registrar, transcrever o chamado da ferramenta de ITSM do cliente para a nossa (MUltidados) e monitorar o progresso do ticket até o seu encerramento

N1 de tickets: Triagem, recategorização e/ou solução de tickets simples

Manter o clientes e usuários informados sobre o status dos tickets

Analisar e relatar tendências e padrões de tickets

Identificar oportunidades de melhorias de processos

Apoiará na geração e controle de indicadores

Apoiará nas demandas de ITSM junto ao nosso fornecedor

Fluxo de atendimento e documentações de processos

Participação eventual em reuniões com cliente
