Sumário:
Profissional com profundo conhecimento técnico e/ou funcional em uma área específica de SAP HCM Time Management. Atua como referência interna, fornecendo suporte especializado para as equipes de projeto, contribuindo para a resolução de problemas complexos, disseminando conhecimento, garantindo a qualidade e aderência às melhores práticas, e apoiando na identificação de inovações.
Principais responsabilidades:
 Atuar como ponto focal técnico/funcional em sua área de especialidade para múltiplos projetos.
 Resolver problemas complexos e fornecer orientação especializada para as equipes de consultoria.
 Revisar e garantir a qualidade de desenhos de solução e configurações críticas em sua área.
 Criar e manter documentação técnica e funcional de referência (ex: guias de melhores práticas, templates etc.).
 Ministrar treinamentos internos avançados sobre sua área de especialidade.
 Pesquisar e avaliar novas funcionalidades, releases e tecnologias SAP relevantes para sua área.
 Apoiar equipes de pré-venda na elaboração de propostas e demonstrações especializadas.
 Participar de comitês de gestão do conhecimento e contribuir ativamente para a melhoria das ofertas e metodologias da HR Path.
