Desenvolvedor ABAP / SCI Trainee

Buscamos um profissional em início de carreira para desenvolvimento na área de SAP ABAP HR e integrações. O trainee atuará de forma assistida, aprendendo na prática as bases de desenvolvimento ABAP HCM e integração de sistemas, com evolução planejada para o nível Junior. Valorizamos curiosidade técnica, boa lógica de programação e vontade de crescer em um ambiente de projetos reais.

Atividades

• Apoiar o desenvolvimento e manutenção de programas ABAP HCM sob orientação de consultores seniores.
• Auxiliar na análise e documentação de necessidades técnicas de integração.
• Participar de atividades de troubleshooting e suporte técnico, com acompanhamento.
• Colaborar na elaboração de testes e validação de objetos técnicos.
• Contribuir com a organização e padronização de artefatos de desenvolvimento (naming, versionamento, documentação).

Requisitos

• Cursando ou recém-formado em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimento básico de lógica de programação (qualquer linguagem).
• Inglês básico/intermediário (leitura de documentação técnica).

Diferenciais (desejável)

• Conhecimento introdutório de ABAP ou qualquer linguagem orientada a objetos.
• Familiaridade com processos de RH (folha, benefícios, admissão).
• Exposição a conceitos de integração de sistemas (APIs, web services).
• Qualquer contato com o ecossistema SAP (cursos, certificações, projetos acadêmicos).
