Principais responsabilidades:

• Realizar agendamento das viagens dos projetos;
• Análise das melhores oportunidades de passagens, hospedagens e hóteis;
• Efetuar controle dos processos de despesas (comprovantes vs prestação de contas aos clientes) 
• Efetuar a inclusão das contas a pagar no SAP e nos sistemas bancários correspondentes;
• Apoiar nas rotinas contábeis e financeiras de conciliação das respectivas contas de viagens, garantindo a integridade das informações;
• Controle e envio para pagamento das comissões de vendedores, bem como sua conciliação;
