Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) Pleno de Gestão de Mudança para atuar em programas estratégicos de transformação digital, cultural e organizacional.
O(a) profissional será responsável por conduzir progamas de Change Management, garantindo engajamento, adoção e sustentação das iniciativas de transformação.
🎯 Principais Responsabilidades
Atuar com gestão da mudança em projetos estratégicos.
Conduzir análise de impacto.
Executar planos de comunicação e engajamento.
Apoiar a liderança executiva no papel de patrocinadores da mudança.
Estruturar planos de capacitação e jornadas de adoção.
Monitorar indicadores de engajamento e adoção.
Gerenciar resistências e riscos organizacionais.
Facilitar workshops e sessões de alinhamento.
Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital, ERP, reestruturações e evolução cultural.
Requisitos Comportamentais
Comunicação estratégica e influência.
Visão sistêmica e pensamento crítico.
Capacidade de navegar em ambientes ambíguos.
Postura consultiva e colaborativa.
Inglês
Requisitos Técnicos
Experiência em projetos de transformação.
Experiência comprovada em Change Management estruturado.
Vivência em projetos digitais ou ERP, diferencial será vivência com sistemas de RH.
Conhecimento em frameworks reconhecidos de mudança.
Experiência em ambientes corporativos complexos.
