SF ECP Analist - South Africa
The professional will be part of the functional consulting team for implementing improvements and providing support for the SF ECP system for South Africa Payroll. They should perform activities according to industry best practices, following our implementation methodology.
They must have knowledge of the relevant software module, as well as a profile focused on critical thinking and problem-solving, with great attention to detail. Since end-user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
Activities:
Work on improvement implementation projects for SF ECP modules and provide customer support (AMS).
Prepare the necessary documentation for each activity according to the standards established by each client.
Keep ticket and improvement tracking tools updated.
Conduct user training.
Train and mentor team members/clients on SF ECP modules.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement proposed solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases and products related to SF ECP modules.
Requisites:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Systems, or related fields.
Experience in SF ECP modules in support or projects.
SAP certification in relevant modules is desirable.
Advanced/Fluent English for reading, conversation, and writing.
Sharp logical reasoning.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving and negotiation-oriented profile, showing initiative and the ability to offer new ideas.
Functional knowledge of integration between SF EC x ECP and others systems.
Knowledge of Payroll in other countries will be a plus.
