  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

YOUR MISSIONS

 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join the recruitment team based in Prague and you will have the following missions:

 

  • Analyse internal recruitment needs for France & EMEA
  • Writing and posting our ads on job search sites / specialized social networks
  • Receive and select applications
  • Identify and select potential candidates on job boards
  • Qualify and interview candidates (phone and Teams)
  • Keep records of interviews and communicate them internally
  • Follow the candidates during the recruitment process, until their integration within HR Path
  • Manage school relations actions and set up partnerships with targeted schools

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting in complex international environments

  • Your have fluency in English (written and spoken), French speaking or any additional language is a plus

  • You are a very good communicant, with a good capacity of organization and flexibility
