YOUR MISSIONS

HR Path is looking for a talented Workday Functional Consultant to join our Mauritius team! This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful finance transformation projects, gain international exposure, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive environment. The Workday Functional Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. This role involves gathering requirements, data anlysis, data enrichment, configuring the Workday system, providing end-user support, and ensuring successful project and AMS delivery.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• System Configuration: Configure Workday functional areas (GL, supplier accounts, Clients Accounts, Asset, Bililng, Procurement...) to meet business requirements.
• Implementation:  Support Workday implementation projects, including system design, testing, and go-live activities.
• AMS: Manage client ticket, for incident, service request and change request.
• Testing: Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training materials, support end-users, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and propose enhancements to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management: Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting ( ACCA or Part Qualified) Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s in finance is a plus 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday HCM/FIN, Workday Payroll) are a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as finance consultant or big4
• Experience with Workday or Finance ERPs is a plus 

Skills:

• Stong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent capacity to learn, research, and analyze complex processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in French & English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency Finance, data analysis, data management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, IT languages is a plus
