Eaton Square is a HR PATH Group Company , is seeking a skilled Dayforce Technical and Data Consultant to join our highly successful and expanding Eaton Square Consulting Department as part of our exciting growth plans.

YOUR MISSIONS

We are looking for a Dayforce Technical & Data Consultant to join our team and support clients with the implementation, integration, and optimization of Dayforce solutions.

• Support Dayforce implementation and technical workstreams from requirements through go-live.
• Work on data migration, integrations, data mapping, validation, and reporting.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, client IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support clients with post-go-live improvements and optimization.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce, ideally in a technical, data, integration, or reporting capacity.
• Experience working on Dayforce implementation or consulting projects.
• Hands-on experience
• Good understanding of HCM data and HR processes.
• Experience working with integrations between Dayforce and other systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and functional teams.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and supporting requirements discussions.
• A hands-on and collaborative approach.
• Dayforce certification is a plus.
• Experience with UK/EMEA environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, or similar data/integration technologies is an advantage.
