Senior Oracle HCM/Taleo Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the translation of the customer's needs into deliverables, the preparation of documentation and presentations

  • Parameterize the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the customer's needs

  • Accompany the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution

  • Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered

  • Control the quality of the service provided to the client

  • Developments on the tool, tests and receipts

  • Ensure technical maintenance

  • Carry out technical monitoring, train users

  • Advise customers on solution evolutions and their implementation


Required Professional Expertise :

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or in a company and have knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday HCM software.

  • Your level of English and French is fluent
