Senior Oracle HCM/Taleo Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in the translation of the customer's needs into deliverables, the preparation of documentation and presentations

Parameterize the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the customer's needs

Accompany the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution

Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered

Control the quality of the service provided to the client

Developments on the tool, tests and receipts

Ensure technical maintenance

Carry out technical monitoring, train users

Advise customers on solution evolutions and their implementation
Required Professional Expertise :
-
You have more than 5 years of experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or in a company and have knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday HCM software.

Your level of English and French is fluent
