YOUR MISSIONS

As the Marketing Manager for North America and Latin America, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across diverse markets. You will lead a team located in Mexico and Brazil while also managing marketing initiatives in Canada and the United States.

 

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to each market, encompassing product positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional activities.

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing teams in Mexico and Brazil, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives, including messaging, visuals, and customer touchpoints. Develop and enforce brand guidelines as needed.

  • Product Marketing: Develop a deep understanding of our company's products and services available in the North American and Latin American markets. Work closely with the product development team to gather insights and create compelling messaging and communication materials that highlight the unique features and benefits of each offering.

  • Communication Material Development: Lead the development of marketing collateral, including blogs, brochures, presentations, sales enablement tools, and digital assets, to effectively promote our products and services in the target markets. Ensure that all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and tailored to resonate with local audiences.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.

  • Multichannel Promotion: Utilize a variety of communication channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and advertising platforms, to distribute promotional materials and engage with target customers. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize content for different channels and maximize reach and engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive cohesive customer experiences.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Track and analyze metrics regularly, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives. Monitor spending, track expenses, and report on budget performance.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on international markets and team management.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, segmentation, and customer acquisition.

  • Experience working in the HR sector is a plus.

  • Native in English. Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, client engagements, and industry events.
