The Dayforce Practice Director will provide technical and people leadership, set the strategic direction for the practice, combined with accountability for operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish practice budgets and objectives
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Contribute to practice continuous methodology and toolset improvement to increase efficiency of solution deployment and pre-sales activities
  • Member of project escalation path
  • Manage team competencies to foster a strategic advantage
  • Support the resource assignment process
  • Manage the practice hiring plan
  • Collaborate to the consultant recruitment process (interviews, job offer, etc)
  • Ensure a technological watch and maintain competitive advantage
  • Network and collaborate with business partners for business development initiatives
  • Build and maintain a business relationship with Workday sales and delivery team in Canada and US
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for marketing content development and publications
  • Collaborate with the sales team on different activities, including solution demo, responding to services requirement
  • Build and maintain a service offer adapted to current market requirements and trends
  • Participate to client roadmap and ROI initiatives

 

Job requirements:

•    Bachelor's degree related to IT or in Business Administration
•    Experience as a practice Director or other relevant experience
•    Strong understanding of our UKG solutions is an asset
•    Process improvement oriented
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
•    Strong leadership and team management skills
•    Communication skills and customer service oriented
•    Ability to effectively manage financial resources
