YOUR MISSIONS

 


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and engaging existing Canadian client accounts by driving upselling and cross selling across our consulting services and partner offerings.
As a key player among different stakeholders, this role combines a team player mindset and strategic relationship management with proactive business development to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and an understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Workforce Software and Workday solutions.

Your responsibilities will involve:

 

•    Sales and Revenue Growth
o    Drive account growth by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross selling opportunities.
o    Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets. 
o    Create customized sales presentations and proposals for clients.

•    Client Relationship Management 
o    Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and loyalty. 
o    Understand client business challenges, objectives, and priorities to propose tailored solutions. 
o    Partner with clients to identify potential areas for system enhancement or additional services.

•    Collaboration and Coordination 
o    Develop strong collaboration and promote information and knowledge sharing by regularly engaging with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure client success
o    Act as a liaison between stakeholders to address needs and turn concerns into opportunities that align with client needs and company goals
o    Participate in client reviews, contract renewals, and negotiation processes. 
o    Develop strong, valuable, and trust‑based relationships with strategic partners


•    Market Intelligence and Strategy
o    Stay up to date on Solutions trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights. 
o    Leverage industry knowledge to position the company as a trusted advisor and solutions provider. 
o    Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies. 

•    Pipeline and CRM Management
o    Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using Salesforce. 
o    Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue forecasts and client activity. 
o    Regularly update leadership on account status, new opportunities, and potential risks. 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

•    3+ years’ experience in B2B account management and consultative selling, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
•    Functional understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Workforce Software, and Workday ecosystems.
•    Ability to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and pipeline management (CRM proficiency required).
•    Executive-level stakeholder management, negotiation, and solution positioning skills.
•    Data-driven approach to forecasting, account planning, and performance tracking (KPIs, ARR, MRR).
•    Our clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs.
