VOS MISSIONS 

Intégré(e) en tant que Customer Success Coordinator, vous évoluerez dès votre arrivée en tant que Consultant SIRH Workday au sein de nos équipes support dédiées aux projets d'implémentation de Workday basés à Malaga. Nous vous offrons l’opportunité d’intégrer une practice internationale en pleine croissance, et de devenir un véritable Expert sur la solution (formation et certification)

En tant que Customer Success Coordinator / Consultant SIRH Workday, vous aurez pour principales missions :

• Assurer les prestations de support sur la solution Workday auprès du client
• Assistance fonctionnelle aux administrateurs et utilisateurs
• Prendre en charge les anomalies détectées jusqu’à leur résolution
• Gérer les demandes d’évolution jusqu’à leur mise en production : analyse, paramétrage, adaptation, tests, livraison, etc.
• Réaliser des reporting et être garant des engagements de service
• Mettre à jour les supports de formation clients
• Assister l’équipe projet dans le déploiement ou l’évolution de la solution Workday

VOS ATOUTS 

• Vous disposez d’une première expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans dans le support client et avez l'envie de vous spécialiser sur la relation client liée à une solution en pleine croissance
• Une expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines serait un plus
• Vous parlez français et anglais couramment

Poste basé à Malaga.
