Eaton Square is a HR PATH Group Company , is seeking a skilled Dayforce Solution Oversight Lead to join our highly successful and expanding Eaton Square Consulting Department as part of our exciting growth plans.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a HiBob Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HCM solutions. You will act as the bridge between HR business needs and technical system configuration, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients. Your role is divided into four key areas:
Delivery & Implementation
- Lead Discovery & Scoping: Facilitate requirements gathering and translate complex business needs into a clear solution design.
- System Configuration: Build and configure core HiBob modules, including Core HR, organizational structures, custom workflows, and approvals.
- Workshops & Documentation: Lead configuration workshops and document all process designs and deployment plans.
Data, Reporting & Integrations
- Data Migration: Oversee the migration of legacy data while ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity.
- Analytics: Design and build custom HR reports and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights.
- System Connectivity: Coordinate integrations between HiBob and third-party systems such as Payroll and Finance.
Change, Training & Adoption
- Empower Users: Deliver high-quality training sessions for both system administrators and end-users.
- Go-Live Readiness: Lead pre-launch activities and provide critical "early life" support to ensure the system is embedded successfully.
Project Governance
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, timelines, and risks.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and HiBob experts to apply implementation best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a proactive professional who combines technical HRIS expertise with a consultant mindset.
- Proven Experience: Significant experience delivering HRIS/HCM implementations (HiBob experience is strongly preferred).
- HR Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of functional HR processes and data structures.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable leading client-facing workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable Skills
- Specialized Modules: Experience with Talent Management (Performance, Goals, 1:1s, Surveys).
- Technical Breadth: Previous exposure to payroll/finance integrations or post-go-live Managed Services (AMS).
- Certification: Existing HiBob certification or accreditation.
