  • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization

  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

  • RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

 

YOUR DUTIES 

  • Provide first-line support and insight for all routine employee enquiries and administrative activities in support of HR processes and HR systems.

  • Support the team in other daily operations.

  • Carry out day-to-day HR administration duties via our advanced cloud-based CRM software and HR systems, as well as creating ad-hoc reports and providing data for payroll.

  • Answering internal and external queries via phone, email and in person.

  • Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with Service Level Agreements

  • Update internal data bases

  • Ensuring background checks are performed, via a 3rd party screening company

  • Creating and uploading documents and letters, including RTW documents, FIT notes and training certificates into employee records

  • Prepare employment documents e.g. contracts, offers of employment, reference letters

  • Auditing of existing data to ensure records are accurate and complete.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in HR preferred but not necessary.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work as a team player with multiple, competing priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
