As the Director you will oversee the overall direction of the UK HR advisory and recruitment business. You are responsible for developing and implementing business plans and policies to ensure that the organisation will meet the goals determined by the board of directors.


  •  Leading the development of the company’s short and long-term business plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the HR-Path Group.
  •  Managing the overall operations and resources of the UK company.
  •  Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
  •  Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
  •  Evaluating the work of other managers within the company
  •  Developing fresh ideas for the running of the company.
  •  Monitoring how various departments of the company operate and how they work together to achieve overall goals.
  •  Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics, the general public and government entities




  • Previous working experience as HR professional for (10) years
  • Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful business plans
  • In-depth knowledge of good company governance, finance and performance management principles
  •  Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance etc.
  •  Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  •  Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
  •  Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  •  Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
