• ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization

• IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

• RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

YOUR MISSIONS

You will be integrated as a Junior Workday Consultant within our technical teams dedicated to Workday HCM and/or Financials implementation projects based in the Benelux.

• The development and optimization of our propositions and differentiators to further grow our business in the Benelux
• Contribute to the successful design and implementation of Workday for our customers, alongside the Senior Consultants
• Participate in the life of the project team with other HR Path consultants
• The realization of production support, provide technical maintenance
• A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global events.

YOUR ASSETS

• You have a Master degree, ideally in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance.
• Mastery of English and Dutch languages are required. French is a strong plus.
• You have proficient Excel skills.
• You are an excellent analytical and problem solving skills, highly focused and has attention for details.
• You have a high-standard communication, presentation & writing skills and is comfortable with public speaking.
• You are a self-starter with the ability to function well both independently or as part of a team.
