YOUR MISSIONS

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to join our growing team.

• Advise HR and IT teams on HR processes and design suitable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and support customers throughout implementation and rollout
• Support testing, training and ongoing use of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite.
• Help operate global HR systems, manage releases and support international rollouts.
• Investigate system issues and propose improvements to HR processes and applications.

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable field or a relevant vocational qualification
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional and project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience working with HR organization.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required.
• Very good written and spoken English and German. German language is mandatory for Switzerland applications.
• Analytical thinking, an understanding of processes across applications, IT affinity and strong commitment.
• A willingness to develop your skills, learn new topics and travel for national and international projects.
