As Inside Sales Specialist at Fischer Group International one HR PATH Group Company, your mission will be to develop a sales and account management plan jointly with our Partners, develop a large portfolio of accounts and projects.


Fischer Group International as part of HR PATH GROUP, is an internationally active management consultancy based in Hamburg specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, change management and cultural transformation. Our renowned clients include medium-sized companies and global corporations, including 20 of the 30 DAX companies.


Your main responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for the whole sales funnel, including leads processing, prospecting, planning meetings and closing
  • Performing actions to acquire new customers
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Participation in promotive activities as events and exhibitions
  • Record all daily activities performed in the CRM to generate history
  • Presentation of our digital solutions to customers (virtual and personal)
  • Work with management team to drive the business development for our consulting services and digital p solutions in the human resources area



  • Educational background in Economics and Social Sciences, Digital Management, Psychology or Business Psychology
  • A self-starter, who understands how to build and manage his/her own pipeline of opportunities
  • Excellent communication in both German and English, with a strong confident personality
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record in Sales, Account Management and Business Development
  • Adaptability to current trends and needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A “can do” attitude, solution oriented and autonomous
  • Ability to apply strategies for new customer acquisition with great persuasive power
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and ability to work independently
