As HRIS Director, you’ll be in charge of developing the HRIS activity in Germany. Your missions will be the following :

  • Develop and refine the practice strategy to reflect the overall growth strategy of the Germany business

  • Drive overall growth of practice area through a combination of business development, management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership

  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate deal flow and market the practice by attending relevant events/conduct interviews with trade press

  • Lead business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients by leveraging existing relationships to introduce potential new clients to HR Path

  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.

  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team

  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria.

  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members.




  • You have at least 10 years proven experienced in HRIS consulting, and are familiar with market HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, etc.

  • You are business, performance and results driven

  • You have excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • You speak fluently German and English
