  • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization

  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

  • RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing





  • Understand and gather customer's needs and suggest an appropriate response covering approach, design and plan

  • Define project scope(s)

  • Manage the execution of the developed road map including implementation of related HR systems

  • Identify and manage all stakeholders along the project progress

  • Oversee and ensure change management activities

  • Document, optimize and support the digitization and implementation of existing and new HR processes

  • Resolve issues pro-actively

  • Drive the coordination across involved business entities

  • Assist to design and coordinate testing workshops with different stakeholders

  • Provide guidance and support for the training of stakeholders and end users

  • Support the review of existing training material and assist in the development of new

  • Support the design and development of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends and assist with decision making

  • Stay up to date and share insights of new HR trends and topics related to the business topics

  • Act as a sparing partner to the client with regards to all matters described above



  •  Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in HRIS implementations, ideally with regional or international scope
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of HR IT systems
  • German & English proficiency both written and verbal, French will be an asset
  •  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within an organization
  • Ability to introduce clarity and derive conclusions and recommendations in an unclear and volatile environment with varying targets, multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Thorough listening skills
  •  High willingness to learn and grow
  •  Pragmatic but also detailed oriented work attitude if necessary
  •  Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
