As a Digital Learning and Business Development Consultant, your role will be coordinating and contributing to each phase of the project for the delivery of high quality coaching and digital leadership development training programmes and optimize development processes across the business.



  • Gather the customer's initial needs and suggest an customized and integrated e-learning solutions
  • Identify project opportunities for existing key clients and take the leadership for new e-learning projects
  • Define and execute new strategies for existing clients
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales departments and global teams.
  • Actively participate in meetings and provide insights  and products ( digital traininings & online learning platforms) to local stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, create marketing plans and sales strategies in cooperation with marketing and sales teams 
  • Analyze and understand business processes and needs, create added value by conducting effective analysis and performance improvement practices.



  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration   
  • Excellent command of spoken and written German and English
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
