  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

  • RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing


As  Leadership Development  Consultant  for our Change Management and Leadership Development Projects, your missions will be: 


  • Work in the team to develop and deliver learning solutions for the development of leadership and culture in companies (Agile Leadership, Leading in complexity)

  • Support and collaborate with us to plan, document, design and develop innovative training products for the business (videos, micro-learning, scenario-based learning, simulations, eLearning modules, games, infographics, workshops, exercises, etc.).  

  • Support and collaborate with our trainers

  • Drive the implementation, planing and sustainment of process within the framework of the Leadership Development Programs  across the organizations

  • Organize the management of projects working closely with customers and internal/ external stakeholders 




  • Bachelor's, Master's or PHD  Degree in (business) psychology, pedagogy, social sciences or equivalent
  • Business/Agile Coaching, Organizational Development and/or Systemic Consulting  Training/ Experience is an asset

  • Consultancy experience in organization development and leadership will be highly regarded
  • Structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and personal and organization skills
  • Excellent business communications and presentations skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent German & English language skills  (written and spoken)
