YOUR MISSIONS

 

As part of our team based in Prague, on our outsourcing activity, your main missions will be :

 

  • Collect and import variable elements
  • Follow-up and implementation of legal and conventional evolutions
  • The complete control of pay slips, mass control of the payroll
  • The realization of the balance of all accounts
  • Management of event and monthly DSN
  • Monitoring of sick leave and IJSS
  • Generation and control of post-payroll statements
  • Management of customer relations
  • Management, follow-up and correction of payroll anomalies

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in payroll and master the entire payroll process.
  • You are used to managing large volumes and have already worked under different agreements.
  • You are a graduate of a training course, ideally with a specialization in payroll. Knowledge of SAGE or SILAE would be a plus
  • You speak French fluently and have worked on international projects in English
