  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
  • RUN: With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

 

Your missions, as a Junior HR & HRIS Consultant, are very varied and related to all the strategic issues of the HR and HRIS fields, whatever the functional (Change, Talent, Training, Time, Payroll) and technical fields (Business Intelligence, Portal, Dematerialization, …) on SAP SuccessFactors solution.

 

As a Entry Level HRIS Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out opportunity studies and business cases
  • Managing specifications and help customers choose solutions
  • Modeling, harmonizing, optimizing HR business processes
  • Designing and producing HR tools in complex environments
  • Supporting deployment
  • Managing changes and correcting HR applications in operational mode
  • Translating the client’s needs into deliverables and preparing
    documentation and presentations
  • Supporting the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution
  • Preparing and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered
  • Providing technical maintenance
  • Participating in the life of the project team with other HR Path consultants

 

Required Professional Expertise:

  • You are finalizing a degree in management / HR / Data science / IT, but the most important you are interested in the HRIS sector
  • You speak French and English fluently
  • You are dynamic, know how to take initiatives, are good at listening and relating to others, are diligent and autonomous and greatly appreciate working in a team
