YOUR MISSIONS

You will...

• Present our solution portfolio with impact to both new and existing customers.

• Manage and further develop relationships with our existing clients to ensure long-term success.

• Conduct product presentations and demos, and expertly manage the proposal process from start to finish.

• Maintain ownership of the entire sales cycle, driving deals through to closing.

• Generate opportunities and proactively build, as well as maintain, our sales pipeline.

• Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and high-performing sales campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with our partners, consultants, and the marketing team to achieve shared goals.

YOUR PROFILE

You...

• Have at least 5 years of experience in IT software sales, backed by a proven track record.

• Ideally have gained experience in the HR-IT environment, giving you a head start in our industry.

• Possess strong communication skills and truly enjoy presenting to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, are eager to learn, and thrive when taking ownership.

• Show enthusiasm for innovative products and the latest new technologies.

• Have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
