YOUR MISSIONS

• You’ll take on innovative and exciting consulting work in the HR-IT field with a focus on document management - from digital personnel files and employment references to automated HR processes—with the goal of independently managing (sub)projects
• You’ll work in direct collaboration with an experienced consultant
• You will contribute to the analysis, design, and development of innovative HR concepts, as well as their implementation at the client’s site
• You will conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, either virtually or on-site
• You will assist with the further development, support, and management of existing clients
• You will collaborate with the sales team on the technical development of client-specific proposals

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a college degree in business administration, (business) information technology, or a comparable field
• Ideally, you have experience with (SAP) HR and corresponding knowledge of HR processes and concepts
• Ideally, you have experience with document management and may have already worked with tools such as aconso, Centric, or Arbeitszeugnis swiss+
• You have additional training in IT or an affinity for IT topics
• You are a charming, upbeat, and successful individual who enjoys continuous professional development
• You are eager to take on responsibility, work independently and with dedication, and always act in the best interests of our clients
• You possess strong problem-solving skills as well as analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You are willing to undertake project-related travel within German-speaking Switzerland
