Description of Role:

 

The Consultant/Senior Consultant works in partnership with clients, performs analysis, develops, supports, tests, and writes documentation of the Workday Absence and Time tracking module.  He/She contributes to the Hr-Path company knowledgebase and supports fellow team members and sales initiatives.   

 

  • Purpose & Responsibilities:
  • a.     Implemented workday Absence module/solutions for clients. 

b.     Hands on Experience in HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking module, calculated field and strong technical skill in workday integration Core. 

c.     Experienced in Time and Attendance module and good working knowledge in Supporting Time Tracking Project and involved in debugging & fixing Time Tracking issues raised by the HR users. 

d.     Has ability to build complex accruals. 

e.      Prepare Test Cases, test Plan and conduct manual testing on each release. And maintain the Production Quality with check lists 

f.     Strong in creating condition rule in Business Process Definitions as per the business request. 

g.     Good in Configuring Alert messages, Worklets, Delegation, Custom Notification setup, and setup survey in workday. 

h.       Strong in creating and launching Inbound - EIB, and good in troubleshooting, Debugging and fixing the EIB [web service] issues. 

i.       Hands on experience in creating workday custom reports and Good in creating all kind of Calculated Fields for the custom Reports. 

j.     Made use of calculated fields for entitlement units and good knowledge on concepts like leave type segment security, maintain time off transfer balance units. 

k.       Managed Security Groups and worked on different Staffing models. 

l.    Must interact with Global clients and understand the Requirements on Workday Implementation.

 

    1. Experience in implementing support on Time Tracking components and Absence Management module.  

In addition, the following Skills will also be essential:

- Advanced understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and business functions

- Dress and act in an appropriate and professional manner with customers and colleagues

- Ability to prepare and analyse deliverables in time, meeting expectations or to notify the appropriate person in a timely manner once expectations cannot be met

- can explain and implement all the latest functionalities of his module

- Basic knowledge of the architecture, functionality, and relation to business processes of the HCM software

- Eagerness to solicit feedback and act upon it

- Languages : Fluency in English (written and oral)

- can interact with the customer
