Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SAP / SuccessFactors consultant to maintain and continuously improve our internal environments, as well as manage enhancements across multiple key modules, including EC (Employee Central), Rec (Recruitment), PMGM (Performance & Goals Management), Time Off, and Timesheet. Proficiency in SAP on-premise is also desired. The candidate will have extensive experience in the administration and configuration of these modules, as well as resolving associated technical and functional issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the daily maintenance of our SAP / SuccessFactors environments, ensuring their smooth operation.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
  3. Collaborate with business teams to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions based on best practices and available features in SAP / SuccessFactors.
  4. Participate in the design, configuration, and testing of new features and requested enhancements.
  5. Document processes, configurations, and implemented solutions to ensure system sustainability and facilitate user training.
  6. Provide technical and functional support to end users, addressing their inquiries and providing effective and sustainable solutions.


Required Skills

  • Advanced expertise in SAP / SuccessFactors administration and configuration, especially in EC, Rec, PMGM, Time Off, and Timesheet modules.
  • Proficiency in resolving technical and functional issues, with a demonstrated ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
  • Customer orientation, with a commitment to providing high-quality support and meeting the needs of end users.
  • Experience in managing enhancement projects, from design to implementation, would be an asset.
  • Confidentiality regarding processed data.
