YOUR MISSIONS
As a Security Operation Center Manager, you will report to the CISO of the group. You will be based in our office in Bengalore and your missions will be to :
- Build and manage the internal SOC team (3 analysts + 1 person dedicated to security tool maintenance and evolution)
- Manage with the CISO and help the SOC Managed Security Service Provider
- Develop and implement security policies related to SOC (based on regulations and industry standards)
- Establish SOC performance goals, prioritise and oversee activities
- Manage SOC tools and resources (including security tools)
- Lead incident response efforts
- Analyze incident reports and threat landscape evolution regarding HR Path Context
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years as a SOC Manager or 5+ years as a SOC Tier 3 analyst
- Strong leadership and ability to manage
- Excellent communication (especially in English and ideally in French) to communicate to CIO, CISO and its team
- Deep understanding of SOC workflows, requirements and expectations
- Technical expertise on incident detection and management tools (like SIEM, IDS, EDR, etc.)
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices (like SOC2, NIST, CIS, ISO27001)
- Ideally, SANS certification (or equivalent) regarding SOC Management (like LDR551)
