YOUR MISSIONS

 

As a Security Operation Center Manager, you will report to the CISO of the group. You will be based in our office in Bengalore and your missions will be to :

 

  • Build and manage the internal SOC team (3 analysts + 1 person dedicated to security tool maintenance and evolution)
  • Manage with the CISO and help the SOC Managed Security Service Provider
  • Develop and implement security policies related to SOC (based on regulations and industry standards)
  • Establish SOC performance goals, prioritise and oversee activities
  • Manage SOC tools and resources (including security tools)
  • Lead incident response efforts
  • Analyze incident reports and threat landscape evolution regarding HR Path Context

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 3+ years as a SOC Manager or 5+ years as a SOC Tier 3 analyst
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage
  • Excellent communication (especially in English and ideally in French) to communicate to CIO, CISO and its team
  • Deep understanding of SOC workflows, requirements and expectations
  • Technical expertise on incident detection and management tools (like SIEM, IDS, EDR, etc.) 
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices (like SOC2, NIST, CIS, ISO27001)
  • Ideally, SANS certification (or equivalent) regarding SOC Management (like LDR551)
