• ADVISE : Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la transformation de leur fonction RH, à travers une redéfinition de leur organisation RH et de leur digitalisation SIRH

• IMPLEMENT : Partenaire des principaux éditeurs du marché, nous mettons en place et intégrons des solutions SIRH (SaaS ou On Premise) pour nos clients

• RUN : Grâce à notre expertise paie globale, nous proposons à nos clients d'externaliser certains de leurs processus RH, en particulier la paie

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects by overseeing the quality assurance process within projects. You will be responsible for developing processes control strategies, coordinating QA activities, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Your missions will be as follow :

Process & Quality plans:

• Review existing processes ensuring quality on projects
• Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance plans for various projects
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure quality on projects and traceability of requirements

Test Execution:

• Oversee the execution of functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, test results, and defect tracking

Quality Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA framework and recommend solutions
• Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure quality is embedded throughout the projects lifecycle
• Communicate on progress, issues, and results to stakeholders effectively

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, test scenarios, and defects
• Produce and present regular reports on testing progress, issues, and overall product quality

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and automated testing practices
• Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Agile & waterfall methodologies and working in Agile teams
Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus
