YOUR MISSIONS 

 

The Payroll Specialist will support accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll processes and provide administrative support on assigned payroll tasks.

 

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll.
  • Prepares pre and post processing payroll reports and distributes to managers for reconciliation and approval.
  • Audits/reconciles time and attendance data for clients.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and responding to inquiries via email or phone.
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains client confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Trains new payroll specialists, as needed.
  • Maintains payroll records.
  • Processes voids/reversals, stop payments, returned bank items.
  • Processes off-cycle payments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

YOUR PROFILE 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1 or more years of experience in payroll processing is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll, payroll taxes, and applicable regulations.
  • Capable of a "hands on" approach at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

 

Pay:

  • From $50,000.00 per year

 

Physical setting:

  • Hybrid work schedule of 3 days working in office & 2 days working from home
