Responsibilites

 

  • Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the solution to meet customer and provide best-practice HR guidance on clients’ processes
  • Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development
  • Assist in proposal development
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
  • Link the business requirements to optimize the SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Educate the client on SuccessFactors and technical requirements
  • Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the client
  • Analysis of customer needs and mapping with functionality provided by Success Factors Employee Central.
  • Be the main point of contact during the process implementation.
  • Able to perform the configuration of the SF Employee Central functionality based on best practices according to customer requirements
  • To carry out the necessary documentation of the solution and according to the client requirements as well as to carry out the functional transfer to the key users
  • To support the client in the realization of the test scenarios and the unit and integral tests of the solution.
  • Familiar with SuccessFactors release management strategy and able to conduct release updates session to clients
  • Ideal but not mandatory to have knowledge in EC Time Off/Benefits
  • This position will be reporting to the project manager on the client side and the Service Manager within HR Path.

 

Requirements

 

  • Complete understanding of the management process of the life cycle of the employee in the organization
  • 3-4 years of experience in offering integrated talent management and personnel management solutions in different industries
  • With a minimum of 4 years of experience in the implementation of Success Factors with experience in Employee Central
  • Success Factors certificate Employee Central
  • Experience in project management methodology of Success Factors
  • Analysis of the business requirements and an analysis of the adjustment gap between the customer's requirements and the technological solution
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create a solution design for the Success Factors employee management solution in accordance with best practices
  • Provide guidance to the project team and train user communities (end users / BPO / superusers)
  • Strong learning capacity: agility and willingness to acquire new skills and quickly adapt to new tasks and environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adapt quickly to new tasks and customer environments
  • English language
