A SuccessFactors presales resource works closely with our prospects and sales team to support the sales process throughout the entire lifecycle. The presales team member is the person responsible to support and/or coordinate all the different steps in the sales process. The ideal person has a significant knowledge o the SuccessFactors processes and functionality. He/She contributes to the HR Path knowledgebase and support/mentor fellow team members involved in the sales process.

 

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Presales Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:

 

For a Senior SAP Presales SuccessFactors member to be successful at their job, at a minimum, he/she will need to:

 

  • Be able to mentor and guide less experienced resources involved in the sales process
  • Lead customer workshops to define requirements
  • Drive client to leverage best practices in the user of the HCM solution
  • Advanced knowledge of implementation methodology and project management concepts
  • Demo the solutions for all processes
  • Answer RFPs and RFIs
  • Conduct research on topics within the field of HCM or basic HR processes
  • Actively shares knowledge with colleagues

 

Required Professional Expertise:

 

To successfully accomplish this job, at a minimum, the following job requirements are needed:

 

  • Involvement in at least 8 full sales cycles
  • 5+ years of experiences in SuccessFactors
  • 3+ years of experiences in pre-sales activities
  • Expert knowledge in SuccessFactors processes, including Talent Management, EC, (Payroll optional).
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to mentor and guiding team members
  • Ability to manage sales deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or HR Path employees
  • Skilled in translating technical concepts into functional level usage for clients, both verbally and in written format
