YOUR MISSIONS

 

As HRIS Business Developer, you will be in charge of the Business Development for our Czech market.

 

Your mission will be to develop a sales and account management plan jointly with our Software Partners, develop a large portfolio of accounts and projects.

 

Your main responsabilities are :

 

Business development & Sales :

 

  • Business development and acquisition of new Strategic Accounts  

  • Detecting needs from prospective customers (SMEs / Key accounts)

  • Responding to calls for tenders (from the identification of the need to the presentation of the proposal to the customer)

  • Writing commercial proposals and ensuring that the assignments are correctly carried out for our customers

  • Developing and managing a strong relationship with our partners’ key people in the Czech market and building long term customer loyalty 

  • Participating in customer events of all types in order to win new customers

  • Anticipating, monitoring and managing the risks (technical, financial, legal, contractual) associated with your portfolio

  • Generating tables of performance indicators, sales reports or moreover updating the bill-book invoicing

  • Conveying HR Path's image and defends the group's interests

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • With a higher education, you are experienced in Business and Account development activities, ideally in HRIS  and /or IT sector

  • You have a strong interest in sales activities

  • You are able to work in an organized yet flexible manner in order to reach your goals

  • You have excellent interpersonal and strong presentation skills, you like challenges and enjoy continously improve your skills

  • You have strong ability to learn, self management skills and ability to work independently

  • You are a team player, you intentionnally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts

  • You are fluent in Czech and English, French would be a plus
