As a Payroll Administrator, you will join the HR Path Group's payroll outsourcing activity, and will assist our foreign clients in the processing of their French payroll.


HR Path - Run, subsidiary Univers Paie, is our BPO activity dedicated to the outsourcing of payroll and personnel administration for our large accounts and SME customers, and consists of a community with payroll expertise, on the main payroll solutions (SaaS or On-Premise): Cegid, Sage and Silaé, SAP and Workday. Through the realization of audits and payroll parameterizations, we ensure a control and a follow-up of the payroll environment of our French and international key accounts. Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several degrees of outsourcing. Joining our teams will allow you to quickly acquire a global expertise on payroll, on various collective agreements.


Attached to our Practice Run - BPO pole, you will evolve on our payroll outsourcing activity, in order to carry out a multi agreement payroll in autonomy, from A to Z, for our customers and on the following missions:


Main missions:


  • Collection and import of variable elements

  • The follow-up and the implementation of the legal and conventional evolutions

  • The complete control of the pay slips

  • The realization of the balance of all accounts

  • Management of event and monthly Nominal Social Declarations

  • Monitoring of sick leave and social security payments

  • Generation and control of post-payroll statements

  • Management, follow-up and correction of payroll anomalies

  • Management of social declarations and relations with social organizations


Other missions :


  • Management of customer relations, support for changes and quality control (participation in steering committees)

  • Depending on your skills and desires, the support of junior payroll managers, or even the management of a team (participation in management committees)

  • No travel is required for this position, telecommuting possibilities are available for this position




  • You have significant experience in payroll management and master the entire payroll process

  • You are used to managing large volumes and have already worked under different collective agreements

  • You have a real appetite for HR and Payroll issues, and enjoy regularly monitoring social law

  • You are familiar with the Office package, as well as a payroll HRIS solution on the market (Cegid, Sage and Silaé, SAP or Workday)

  • You are at ease with computer software and wish to evolve in a challenging environment that will give you the opportunity to acquire a rapid increase in skills

  • You have a degree with a specialization in payroll

  • Fluency in English (oral and written), will also allow you to work with our English-speaking clients

  • You like to use your analytical mind, and are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, your rigor and your intellectual curiosity
