Scope & Responsibilities:

•    Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions
•    Development/Configuration Review checklists Process document, Integration Specific document   
•    Understand the requirement from different teams for Workday.   
•    Review of integration and modules for the purpose of optimization.   
•    The candidate should have created inbound/outbound integrations using integration tools like EIB for HCM modules.  
•    He/she is involved in building Outbound integrations using Core connector worker for capturing delta changes.   
•    Candidate to create outbound payroll integrations using PICOF and PECI.   
•    Created complex workday Studio inbound/outbound integrations using Workday studio.   
•    Provide Day to day support of Workday Integrations and Reporting issues.  
•    Create plan, estimate and timeline, resources allocation for the project implementation and support.   
•    Prepare Weekly Status and participate in weekly ticket reviews    
•    Delivery quality for Support and Projects   
•    Project planning and handle the support function of Workday for different regions   
•    Control Delivery Schedule and manage escalation   
•    Design whole process document for following Workday standard to implement and support the system.   
•    Part of project team for future implementation and enhancing the system.   
•    Handle most critical integration like Payroll, ID management, Benefits etc.
